Downloading Instructions and Help
If you are having problems downloading your polices or job descrptions, please floow these steps:
- Proceed to the download page. the Download page is also the "Thank You" page you are taken to once your payment is approved.
- Click on the DOWNLOAD NOW hyperlink
- A small pop up window should appear and give you 3 options - you can either "RUN" "SAVE" or "CANCEL". Select "SAVE". Please refer to the
graphic below for a visual example of the pop up window.
- Another pop up window should appear and it is here where you select the location you want to save the EXE file. At the top of the pop up
window, you should be able to select the location. Choose the "DESKTOP". Please refer to the graphic below for a visual example of the pop up
window.
- Another pop up window should then tell you that the download is complete.
- Minimize all your windows and you should see a new file on your desktop.
- Double-click on this icon
- A pop up window should appear and you should have a choice to select where you want the files extracted. This is usually a button
labelled "BROWSE". Click on the "BROWSE" button. Please refer to the graphic below for a visual example of the pop up.

- When you click on the "BROWSE" button, another pop-up window will appear. This is where you choose where you want to save the extracted
files. Choose the desktop again and then click on the "OK" button. Please refer to the graphic below for a visual example of the pop up.
- When you click "OK", that window will close and you can click "UNZIP"in the remaining pop-up window. Please refer to the graphic below
for a visual example of the pop up.
- Minimize all your windows.
- You should see a file folder icon that has the same name as the file you double-clicked on in the previous step.
- Double click on this icon and you should have access to the documents.
